Job Requirement :
• Establish policies and legal provisions that apply both in the Legal Department and in each work unit of the company, coordinate and monitor the implementation of Legal Department activities so that each department’s activities and operational activities of the company’s work unit can run properly in accordance with the applicable law and procedures
• Determine systematic standards and work systems for its work units and ensure the provision of optimal legal assistance to all functions in the company so that the problems faced can be resolved according to the applicable legal channels and each company’s operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions
• Evaluate and monitor the activities of the legal department and ensure this unit has performance in accordance with the targets and standards that have been set

• Identify changes in legal policies and political issues that can affect the existence of the company and report to superiors to anticipate this
